HEARTS OPEN is a New York based, indie-rock band, currently performing the works of lead singer-songwriter Michael Manzi. Michael’s catalogue packages introspective folk and psychedelic traditions into big post-punk and alt-rock sounds. Together, they are known for their high energy shows and for their warmth. The band stars Ben Fortunato on lead guitar, Nate Piazza on drums, and Alex Hardin on Synth/Vocals. Influences include Catfish and the Bottlemen, Andy Shauf, Hozier, Peach Pit, Hippo Campus.
